This week the city granted the environmental permit for the vacant office building in Sloterdijk. The building stands on leasehold land; the ground rent has been bought off in perpetuity.
The purchase price was €14.2 million, according to the deed in the public registers. The WOZ value stood at €11.8 million last year. The ground floor will have shops, and the permit names 2028 as the year of completion.
